The Fresh Whole Red Snapper kept looking at me through the case and I couldn't resist. I had them fillet it and asked for cooking suggestions. The staff suggested pan-frying. I usually broil or grill but I went with pan-fried. It was excellent. I also had a Low Country Boil.
